Setting expectations

None of the ingredients in this range has an authorised UK claim for weight loss. Supplements can sit alongside a diet but not replace one: what you eat and how active you are still decide the result. Read labels for caffeine, as many stimulant formulas give 150 mg or more per serving, and never stack two stimulant products. Compare servings per pack and price per serving when judging value. If you take prescribed medicine, especially for diabetes or blood pressure, check with a pharmacist before starting berberine or a fat burner.

Supporting your training

Protein is the nutrient with the most relevant authorised claim when dieting: protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass. Shakes and bars are in Protein & Weight Gain, more cutting products sit in the sports nutrition Weight Management range, and combined deals are in Weight Management Bundles.

Weight Management: your questions answered

Do fat burners work without diet and exercise?

No supplement in this range has an authorised claim for weight loss. If you use one, do so alongside a calorie-controlled diet and regular activity, which drive the result.

How much caffeine is too much?

EFSA considers up to 400 mg a day safe for most healthy adults, and the NHS advises no more than 200 mg a day in pregnancy. Add up coffee, tea, energy drinks and supplements, and check each label.

What is berberine?

Berberine is a compound extracted from plants such as barberry, sold here in 500 mg and 1000 mg capsules. It has no authorised health claims and can interact with medicines, so ask a pharmacist first if you take any.

Are there stimulant-free options?

Yes. Ultra Lyte L-Carnitine 3000 is labelled caffeine-free, and the berberine capsules, ACV gummies and MCT powder are also non-stimulant products.

Are these products suitable for under-18s?

No. Fat burners and stimulant formulas are for adults only and are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding; check each label's warnings.
