How do I take Redexx?
One capsule twice a day with about 300ml of water, roughly 30 minutes before a meal or training; two capsules is the daily maximum. That makes the 90-capsule pot a 45-day supply.
How much caffeine is in Redexx?
200mg per two-capsule day, 100mg in each capsule, from guarana extract and added caffeine. Trec says not to take it before bed or with other caffeine sources, so count your coffee and pre-workout too.
What's in the formula?
Per two capsules: 700mg green coffee bean extract, 500mg L-tyrosine, 300mg guarana seed extract, 24mg pantothenic acid, 2.8mg vitamin B6, 50µg chromium and a small amount of black pepper extract (piperine). The capsule shell is gelatin, so Redexx isn't vegetarian.
Will Redexx make me lose weight?
On its own, no — the calorie deficit you keep is what changes body weight. What the label does support: chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism, and pantothenic acid and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Who should not take Redexx?
Under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and anyone with heart or circulation problems or caffeine sensitivity, according to Trec's warnings. Don't mix it with alcohol.
Redexx or Thermo Fat Burner MAX?
Both are caffeinated Trec capsules; Redexx pairs its caffeine with green coffee and L-tyrosine. Trec Nutrition Thermo Fat Burner MAX, which we also stock in 60 and 120 capsules, is a different blend, so compare the daily caffeine on both labels and never take the two together.
Does it contain allergens?
None are ingredients, but Trec says Redexx may contain traces of milk, soy, gluten-containing cereals, fish, molluscs and peanuts from its factory. Don't use it if you're allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
