Prenatal & Pregnancy covers Fairhaven Health's PeaPod range for the months before and during pregnancy, with prenatal multivitamins, Omega-3 softgels, Cal-Mag capsules and Tea for Two. The NHS advises two supplements around pregnancy:
The NHS also advises avoiding supplements containing vitamin A as retinol, including cod liver oil, during pregnancy.
BFP Early Pregnancy Test Strips are single-use urine strips; follow the leaflet for timing. After the birth, Milkies Nursing Postnatal Multivitamin is designed for breastfeeding mothers. For preconception supplements and partner products, go back to Fertility & Pregnancy.

Not if the label shows at least 400 micrograms of folic acid or folate per daily dose, unless your GP has prescribed a higher dose. Check the label and ask your midwife if unsure.

One tablet a day, so a pack of 60 lasts two months. Take it with food if that suits you, and follow the label.
Maternal intake of DHA contributes to the normal brain and eye development of the foetus and breastfed infants, with 200 mg DHA a day on top of the adult 250 mg EPA and DHA. Choose a fish oil, not a fish liver oil such as cod liver oil.
The NHS recommends 10 micrograms of vitamin D a day while breastfeeding, and some mothers continue a postnatal multivitamin such as Milkies Nursing. Check with your midwife or health visitor.
