How to use it
Tea-for-Two is a loose leaf tea, use 1 teaspoon of tea to each cup of water. Bring water to a boil and add herbal tea directly or by using a tea ball or infuser. Cover and let steep for 5 minutes straining out any leaves before drinking. Drink 2-3 cups per day for optimal nutritional support.

What's in Tea for Two?
Strawberry leaf, dandelion leaf, alfalfa, oatstraw, ginger root and lemon verbena, all organic or wild-crafted. It's caffeine-free with a tangy lemon flavour.
How do I brew it?
Use 1 teaspoon per cup: bring the water to the boil, take it off the heat, add the tea directly or in an infuser, cover and steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Fairhaven suggests 2–3 cups a day.
How long does the 113g pouch last?
About a month at 2–3 cups a day, which is how Fairhaven sizes the PeaPod Tea for Two pouch.
Who shouldn't drink it?
Anyone on blood-thinning medication such as warfarin: the label says it isn't for use by people on blood thinners because of the alfalfa, which is rich in vitamin K. As with any herbal product in pregnancy, show the ingredient list to your midwife.
Is it the same as raspberry leaf tea?
No — Tea for Two uses strawberry leaf, not raspberry leaf, so it's a different blend from the raspberry leaf teas often talked about for late pregnancy.
