Female Fertility is Fairhaven Health's trying-to-conceive range for women: FertilAid for Women, OvaBoost, FertileCM, FH Pro for Women and Myo-Inositol capsules, FertiliTea loose-leaf tea and FertileDetox, plus BFP ovulation test strips and the Fertil Focus ovulation microscope for tracking your cycle. Bundles combine the most popular formulas.
How the FertilAid range fits together
FertilAid for Women is the core product: a preconception multivitamin with methylfolate (the active form of folate), vitamin D3, iron and iodine, antioxidants including vitamins C and E, and the herbs chasteberry (vitex) and red clover. The serving is three capsules a day, split across meals, so a 90-capsule bottle lasts a month.
Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, and the NHS advises 400 micrograms of folic acid daily while trying to conceive. Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and iodine to normal cognitive function.
Companion formulas are designed to sit alongside it: OvaBoost, FertileCM, FH Pro for Women and Myo-Inositol, a 120-capsule product suitable for both partners. Check each label before combining, so you do not double up on folate or other nutrients.
FertiliTea is a loose-leaf herbal tea and FertileDetox is a capsule formula labelled for both partners; read each label for its herbs and serving before adding it to your routine.

Female Fertility: your questions answered
How do I take FertilAid for Women?
Take three capsules a day, ideally split across meals, every day of your cycle including during your period. A 90-capsule bottle is a one-month supply.
What should I do when I get a positive pregnancy test?
Stop FertilAid for Women and switch to a prenatal multivitamin such as PeaPod Prenatal. Fairhaven Health also advises against taking it while breastfeeding because it contains herbs.
Can I take FertilAid with Clomid or other fertility treatment?
Ask your doctor or fertility clinic first. Fairhaven Health recommends medical advice before combining FertilAid with fertility medication or another multivitamin.
How do ovulation test strips work?
They detect the surge in luteinising hormone (LH) in your urine, which usually happens a day or so before ovulation. Testing at the same time each day around mid-cycle gives the clearest picture; follow the leaflet.
Does FertilAid for Women contain folic acid?
It contains methylfolate, the active form of folate, rather than folic acid. Check the label amount against the NHS advice of 400 micrograms daily when trying to conceive.
