How to use it

What's in the box?
One 40g multi-use tube of BabyDance and 10 single-use applicators, enough for 10 applications. Each applicator is marked from 1g to 4g so you can measure how much you use.
How do I use the applicators?
Twist an applicator onto the tube, fill it to the amount you want, and insert it into the vagina shortly before intercourse so the gel sits near the cervix. BabyDance can also be applied externally, and each applicator is single use only.
Is BabyDance sperm-friendly?
Yes — Fairhaven Health labels BabyDance as compatible with sperm, eggs and embryos, pH-matched to fertile cervical mucus and 100% isotonic. It's a lubricant for comfort while you try to conceive, not a fertility treatment, and the label notes there's no patient data on pregnancy outcomes.
What is it made from?
Purified water thickened with cellulose and carbomer, phosphate and salt buffers, raspberry-derived xylose, phenethyl alcohol, caprylyl glycol and clary sage (Salvia sclarea) extract. It's made without parabens.
Can we use it during fertility treatment, or with condoms?
Ask your fertility clinic first, as the label says to consult your doctor before using it with fertility interventions. It's compatible with latex and polyurethane condoms, but it is not a contraceptive.
Applicator pack or the 40g tube without applicators?
Same 40g tube and formula. This pack adds 10 applicators for placing the gel internally, while the BabyDance 40g tube without applicators has an easy-open cap for applying by hand and gives 10–12 applications.
What if it irritates?
Stop using BabyDance straight away and see your GP if the irritation persists. The label also suggests talking to a healthcare provider if you haven't conceived within 6 months of using it.
