What's in ViriliTea?
Fourteen botanicals: green tea, ginger, Tribulus terrestris, Indian sarsaparilla, catmint, ashwagandha, epimedium (horny goat weed), eleuthero root, stevia, saw palmetto, lemon balm, cinnamon bark, fo-ti root and muira puama. None of these has an authorised health claim in the UK, so we describe ViriliTea rather than promise results.
How do I brew it?
Put 1 teaspoon in a tea ball or infuser, pour on about 10oz (300ml) of just-boiled water, cover and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Fairhaven suggests 1 to 2 cups a day, hot or poured over ice.
Does ViriliTea contain caffeine?
Yes, some — green tea is the first ingredient, so it isn't caffeine-free, although Fairhaven doesn't give an amount. It's lightly sweetened with stevia, so most people drink it without sugar.
How long does the 113g pouch last?
About a month at 1 to 2 cups a day, which is how Fairhaven sizes the pouch.
Can I drink it if I take medication?
Check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take blood-pressure or blood-thinning medicine. The ViriliTea pouch warns that some of its herbs may affect blood pressure and blood clotting.
Can I take it with FertilAid for Men?
