Who is FertilAid for Men for?

Men who are trying for a baby with their partner and want a daily multivitamin built around male reproductive health. Each 3-capsule serving gives 30 mg zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and 100 mcg selenium, which contributes to normal spermatogenesis.

How many capsules a day, and how long does a bottle last?

Three capsules a day with a meal; you can split them across meals. That makes the 90-capsule bottle a 30-day supply.

What's in it besides vitamins and minerals?

A 1,148 mg Fertility Support Blend of L-carnitine L-tartrate (808 mg), maca root powder (125 mg), grape seed extract (100 mg), Asian ginseng extract (100 mg) and coenzyme Q10 (15 mg). FertilAid for Men also uses methylfolate (850 mcg DFE) and methylcobalamin (25 mcg vitamin B12).

How long should I take it?

Avoid doubling up: three capsules already provide 30 mg zinc, 1,500 mcg RAE vitamin A (as beta-carotene) and 100.5 mg vitamin E, so don't add another multivitamin. Ask a pharmacist or your GP first if you take any medication.
