One 90-capsule bottle of FertilAid for Men and one 60-capsule bottle of MotilityBoost. At 3 FertilAid and 2 MotilityBoost capsules a day, both bottles run out together after 30 days.
How do I take the two together?
Five capsules a day in total, ideally split across meals — for example 2 FertilAid with breakfast, then 1 FertilAid and 2 MotilityBoost with dinner. MotilityBoost capsules can be opened and stirred into food if you struggle to swallow them.
What does each bottle add?
FertilAid for Men is the multivitamin base: 3 capsules give 30 mg zinc, which contributes to normal fertility and reproduction, and 100 mcg selenium, which contributes to normal spermatogenesis. MotilityBoost adds 850 mg L-arginine, 250 mg L-carnitine, 225 mg quercetin and 30 mg CoQ10 per 2 capsules, plus vitamins B6 and B12.
How long before a repeat semen test?
Plan on about three months, so three of these bundles in a row, because sperm take roughly that long to develop. See your GP if you've been trying for a year, or sooner if your partner is 36 or over.
Is there anything to check before starting?
Yes — MotilityBoost's label asks you to consult a healthcare practitioner before use, so check with your GP or pharmacist, especially if you take medication. Don't add a separate multivitamin: FertilAid already supplies 30 mg zinc, and MotilityBoost adds 25 mg vitamin B6.
This pair or the bundle with CountBoost?
This pair is the five-capsule option. The FertilAid for Men, MotilityBoost and CountBoost bundle adds CountBoost's ashwagandha, maca and Mucuna pruriens extracts, taking the daily total to 7 capsules.
Is the bundle vegetarian?
