How do I take MotilityBoost?
Two capsules a day, split between meals, so the 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days. You can open the capsules and stir them into food or a smoothie if you prefer.
What's in each serving?
Two capsules provide 850mg L-arginine, 250mg L-carnitine (as L-carnitine L-tartrate), 225mg quercetin, 100mg mucuna seed extract, 30mg CoQ10, 25mg vitamin B6 and 500mcg vitamin B12. Vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Do I need FertilAid for Men as well?
Fairhaven designed MotilityBoost to be taken alongside FertilAid for Men, which provides the multivitamin base, including zinc and selenium; MotilityBoost itself contains neither. We sell the two together as the FertilAid for Men and MotilityBoost Combo Bundle.
How long should I take it before a repeat semen test?
Plan on at least three months of daily use. Sperm take about three months to develop, which is why clinics usually wait that long before re-testing.
MotilityBoost or FH PRO for Men?
FH PRO for Men is an all-in-one six-capsule formula with 2,000mg L-carnitine tartrate and 200mg CoQ10, while MotilityBoost is a two-capsule add-on to FertilAid for Men. Choose one approach rather than combining them, as both contain 25mg vitamin B6.
Is MotilityBoost vegan?
Yes — Fairhaven describes it as vegetarian and vegan, in a cellulose capsule, made without gluten, dairy, yeast or soy.
Is there anything to check before starting?
Yes — the label asks you to consult a healthcare practitioner before use, so speak to your GP or pharmacist first, especially if you take any medication. Keep it out of reach of children, and take only the stated two capsules a day.
