OvaBoost has a unique formulation highlighted by a trio of ingredients – myo-inositol, folic acid (also called folate)– that are popular for reproductive health.In addition, OvaBoost includes Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), which is an antioxidant. But, CoQ10 also plays an important role in energy production within egg cells. FertileCM Supports Healthy Fertile Cervical Mucus
FertileCM for Women is a food supplement designed to support the healthy production of fertile cervical mucus – the fluid that is naturally produced when you are approaching ovulation.The characteristics of the cervical fluid that your body produces changes throughout your cycle. The volume and consistency of cervical fluid you see in the first half of your cycle should look and feel different than the cervical fluid you see when you are about to ovulate. Often referred to as Egg White Cervical Mucus (EWCM), the cervical fluid that shows up during your fertile window should be slippery, translucent and stretchable, just like raw egg whites. What's in the TTC Boost Bundle?
One month of three Fairhaven Health formulas: FertilAid for Women (90 capsules), OvaBoost (120 capsules) and FertileCM (90 capsules). Each bottle lasts 30 days at its label serving.
How many capsules a day is that?
Ten in total: 3 FertilAid for Women, 4 OvaBoost and 3 FertileCM, with FertileCM taken with food. Most women split them between breakfast and dinner rather than taking all ten at once.
What does each product add?
FertilAid for Women is the preconception multivitamin, with methylfolate and the herbs chasteberry and red clover; OvaBoost adds 2,000 mg myo-inositol, CoQ10 and alpha lipoic acid; FertileCM gives 750 mg L-arginine, 300 mg N-acetyl cysteine, 100 mg vitamin C and Lactobacillus acidophilus per 3 capsules. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
When do I start and stop?
Start on any day and take all three right through your cycle, including your period. Fairhaven says to stop once a urine or blood test confirms pregnancy and move to a prenatal vitamin; don't start the bundle while you're still breastfeeding.
Can I take it with Clomid or other medication?
Ask your doctor first. Fairhaven advises checking with a physician before combining FertilAid for Women or FertileCM with Clomid or any prescription medicine, and notes that large amounts of myo-inositol (in OvaBoost) may add to the effects of SSRI antidepressants.
TTC Boost or the Hormone Balance bundle?
Both include FertilAid for Women and OvaBoost. The TTC Boost Bundle adds FertileCM, while the Hormone Balance bundle adds standalone Myo-Inositol; if you don't want OvaBoost, our FertilAid and FertileCM bundle pairs just those two.
Are all three vegetarian?
Yes — all three come in vegetarian cellulose capsules and are made without gluten, dairy or soy. Don't add another multivitamin on top, as FertilAid for Women already covers that.
