How many OvaBoost capsules do I take a day?

What's in a daily serving?

Four capsules provide 2,000mg myo-inositol, 150mg alpha lipoic acid, 60mg grape seed extract, 30mg CoQ10, 67mg vitamin E and folate as L-methylfolate (equivalent to 200mcg folic acid). Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Does OvaBoost replace my folic acid or prenatal vitamin?

No — OvaBoost isn't a multivitamin, and Fairhaven recommends pairing it with one such as FertilAid for Women. The NHS advises 400mcg folic acid a day while trying to conceive, and OvaBoost's folate (equivalent to 200mcg) doesn't cover that on its own.
