What's in a daily portion of Fat Killer?
The daily portion is 45 ml (three 15 ml servings), giving 1,500 mg L-carnitine, 800 mg guarana seed extract, 100 mg caffeine in total, 25 mg each of Korean ginseng, green tea and white tea extracts, and 7.5 mg pantothenic acid (125% of the reference intake).
How do I take it?
Shake the bottle, measure 15 ml with the cup provided and take it three times a day during a meal, ideally with one serving 30 minutes before training. Trec says not to take it on an empty stomach or before bed.
How long does the 500 ml bottle last?
About 11 days at the full 45 ml a day, as the bottle holds 33 servings of 15 ml. Trec advises not using Fat Killer for more than three months in a row.
Can I take Fat Killer with a pre-workout or coffee?
Trec says not to combine it with other products containing caffeine or similar ingredients, so drop caffeinated pre-workouts and fat-burner capsules while you use it. The 100 mg caffeine a day is roughly a mug of coffee, so go easy on coffee and energy drinks too.
Who shouldn't use it?
Children and pregnant or breastfeeding women must not take Fat Killer, and the label rules it out for anyone with circulatory problems or sensitivity to caffeine. Don't drink alcohol with it.
Will Fat Killer make me lose weight?
No supplement does that on its own, and L-carnitine, guarana and green tea have no authorised weight-loss claims in the UK. The authorised claim here is for pantothenic acid, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
What sweetens the tropical flavour?
Acesulfame K, sucralose and steviol glycosides, with beta-carotene for colour. No sugar is listed in the ingredients.
