Is Nitrobolon a pre-workout or a creatine?
Trec calls it a creatine matrix: each 15g serving has 3,420mg creatine monohydrate, giving 3g of creatine. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the benefit at 3g a day.
What else is in a serving?
Per 15g: 2,665mg arginine alpha-ketoglutarate and arginine malate (1,825mg L-arginine), 1,000mg taurine, 800mg L-glutamine, 750mg L-tyrosine, 500mg citrulline malate and 450mg inosine. There's no caffeine, so Nitrobolon suits evening training too.
How do I take it?
Dissolve 15g (2.5 scoops) in 300ml of water, once a day. On training days take it 30 minutes before you train; on rest days, 30 minutes before your main meal, so the daily creatine continues.
How many servings are in each tub?
The 300g tub gives 20 servings and the 600g tub 40, at one 15g serving a day. Both come in Orange or Tropical, sweetened with sucralose.
Should I take my usual creatine as well?
There's no need — Nitrobolon already provides the 3g of creatine the authorised claim is based on. Adding a separate creatine such as Trec Creatine 100 would just double up.
How is it different from Nitrobolon Caps and Nitrobolon Energizer?
We stock Trec Nitrobolon Caps and Trec Nitrobolon Energizer pre-workout too, but their doses and ingredients differ from this powder, so compare the labels. Nitrobolon powder is the caffeine-free version with creatine built in.
Who shouldn't take it?
The label says children and pregnant or breastfeeding women must not take Nitrobolon. It may contain milk, soya, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.
