What's in a serving of Nitrobolon Caps?
Four capsules give about 1,110 mg of L-arginine (from L-arginine malate and L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), about 308 mg L-citrulline from 550 mg citrulline malate, and about 368 mg creatine from 550 mg creatine ethyl ester.
How many capsules a day?
One serving is four capsules with about 300 ml of water, two or three times a day, so no more than 12 capsules. On training days Trec suggests a serving 30 minutes before your first meal, one 30 minutes before training and one straight after.
How long does a tub last?
On the full 12 capsules a day, the 150-capsule tub lasts about 12 days and the 240-capsule tub 20 days. On two servings a day (8 capsules) that stretches to about 18 and 30 days.
Does Nitrobolon Caps contain caffeine?
The Trec composition we've checked lists no caffeine, so it can go alongside a stimulant pre-workout or before an evening session. If you avoid stimulants completely, check the panel on your tub.
Is there enough creatine for the creatine performance claim?
No. The authorised creatine claim needs 3 g of creatine a day, and even 12 capsules give only about 1.1 g. Arginine and citrulline have no authorised claims, so we describe Nitrobolon by its doses only.
Who shouldn't take it?
Trec's label says children and pregnant or breastfeeding women must not take it, and not to go over the recommended daily amount.
Capsules or Nitrobolon powder?
Trec Nitrobolon powder, which we also stock, is a separate flavoured drink formula you mix in a shaker. The capsules suit anyone who'd rather swallow their pre-training serving than carry a drink.
