What's in a serving of Nitrobolon Energizer?
Per 28 g serving the facts panel lists 5,480 mg creatine (from creatine monohydrate, tri-creatine malate, creatine ethyl ester and Kre-Alkalyn), 6.5 g isomaltulose, 3.78 g BCAAs, 1.64 g L-arginine, 1 g taurine, 540 mg L-tyrosine and 160 mg caffeine. It also adds B vitamins and vitamin C.
How much caffeine does it have?
160 mg of anhydrous caffeine per 28 g serving. It is not recommended for children or pregnant women, and you should count it with your coffee, tea and energy drinks and skip it close to bedtime.
What does the creatine do?
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise, with the benefit seen at 3 g a day. One serving of Nitrobolon Energizer gives 5.48 g, so you don't need a separate creatine on the days you take it.
How many servings are in the 600 g tub?
About 21 servings at the 28 g serving on the facts panel. Mix each serving with water before training.
Do the B vitamins do anything?
Yes. A serving gives 102% of the reference intake of vitamin B12 and 68% of niacin, and both contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, folic acid, biotin and pantothenic acid are each at 34%.
Nitrobolon Energizer or regular Nitrobolon?
Nitrobolon Energizer is the version with 160 mg caffeine, tyrosine and taurine for a stimulant lift. Trec Nitrobolon and Nitrobolon Caps, which we also stock, are the stimulant-free versions, and they suit evening training better.
