Do I drink the whole 100ml Boogieman Shot?
No. The label's daily portion is 50ml, half a bottle, drunk 30 minutes before training. Shake it first, then close the cap and keep the rest in the fridge for your next session.
What's in a 50ml serving?
2,500mg beta-alanine, 1,000mg taurine, 1,000mg AAKG (650mg L-arginine), 1,000mg L-citrulline malate (560mg L-citrulline), 200mg caffeine and 100mg inosine. It's sweetened with acesulfame K, sucralose and neotame and contains apple and lemon juice concentrates.
How many servings are in a pack of 12?
24, as each 100ml bottle holds two 50ml servings. Drinking a whole bottle would mean 400mg of caffeine, twice the label's daily portion.
Why do my face and hands tingle?
The label explains it: a single intake of more than 800mg of beta-alanine can cause tingling and numbness, and one Boogieman Shot serving has 2,500mg. The feeling is temporary.
Who shouldn't drink it?
The label says it isn't for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women, and not for anyone with circulatory problems or caffeine sensitivity. Don't combine it with other caffeine products or alcohol, and don't take it before bed.
