What does the red Boogieman shaker look like?
A bright red 700ml bottle with a black screw-on lid and capped drinking spout. One side carries the Trec logo and #TRECTEAM, the other a large BOOGIEMAN print styled on Trec's Boogieman pre-workout.
Is it the same as the plain red Trec shaker?
Both are 700ml and red, but this one has the Boogieman print, while Trec Shaker Red 700ml carries standard Trec branding. We also stock the Boogieman shaker in black and in the classic Boogieman design.
Will it leak in my bag?
Not if it's closed properly: the threaded lid screws onto the bottle and the spout has its own cap. Check both are tight and the lid sits straight before you shake or pack the red Boogieman shaker.
What can I make in 700ml?
Anything from a small pre-workout drink to a 500ml Trec Isotonic Sport bottle or a protein shake in 300–400ml of milk, with room left for the powder to move. Pour the liquid in before the scoop.
How should I clean it?
Rinse it before first use and straight after every drink, then wash the bottle and lid in warm soapy water and leave them apart to dry. Use cold or room-temperature drinks only, as shaking a hot liquid builds pressure under the lid.
