How much does the red Trec shaker hold?
700 ml. A typical 300 ml whey shake leaves plenty of space for the powder to move, and a big gainer serving in 300 ml of milk still fits.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. It's hand wash only and isn't dishwasher or microwave safe, so wash the cup and lid in warm soapy water and leave them apart to dry.
Will the red plastic stain?
Rinse it as soon as you've finished. Strongly coloured pre-workouts and chocolate shakes left to dry inside are what mark a shaker, whatever its colour.
Is this the same as the red Boogieman shaker?
No. This is the plain Trec shaker in red with the 'Stronger Together' print and the Trec logo. The Trec Boogieman Shaker Red is a separate 700 ml shaker with Boogieman branding, and we stock both.
Can I mix hot drinks in it?
No. It isn't made for heat, and shaking a hot liquid builds pressure that can force the lid open. Use cold or room-temperature liquids in the red shaker.
How do I get a smooth shake?
Pour the water or milk in first, add the powder, close the lid fully and shake hard for 20 to 30 seconds. For thick mass gainers, a loose mixing ball or a whisk helps.

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
