Shakers & Bottles has the bottles you mix and drink from. Choose Trec Nutrition 700ml shakers in black, red, blue, yellow and Endurance orange, the Boogieman designs, the Applied Nutrition ABE 400ml shaker with mesh grill, or the 1-litre Applied Nutrition Lifestyle water bottle.
Pour in the liquid first, then the powder, and shake hard for 20–30 seconds. Rinse the bottle as soon as you finish rather than leaving it in a gym bag. Scrub the mesh grill separately, because residue collects there. The ABE shaker is dishwasher safe, while Trec shakers should be washed by hand and are not microwave safe. A soak in bicarbonate of soda freshens a well-used bottle.

We do not recommend it. Hot liquid builds pressure in a sealed shaker, and the Trec shakers are not microwave safe.

Rinse the shaker straight after use and let it dry with the lid off. For a stubborn smell, soak it with bicarbonate of soda and scrub the lid and grill.
They are both Trec Nutrition 0.7 litre shakers. Boogieman is the branding of Trec's pre-workout range, so the difference is the design.
