Your questions, answered
Is the blue shaker different from the red one?
Only in colour. The blue Trec shaker is the same 700 ml bottle with the same flip-top lid and 'Stronger Together' print as the red version.
Can I carry my powder in it and add water at the gym?
Yes. Tip a dry scoop into the empty blue shaker, close the lid and add water when you get there; dry powder in a dry bottle won't clump or smell.
How do I stop it smelling of old protein?
Don't leave milk-based shakes sitting in it. Rinse straight after drinking, wash by hand in warm soapy water, and dry the bottle with the lid off; a soak in water with a spoon of bicarbonate of soda clears a stubborn smell.
What can I mix in it?
Any cold or room-temperature drink: whey, plant protein, creatine, BCAAs, pre-workout or electrolytes. It isn't for hot drinks, and it's not dishwasher or microwave safe.
Water or milk in a shaker?
Either works in the blue shaker. Water gives a thinner, quicker-to-digest shake with fewer calories; milk makes it creamier but means rinsing out sooner.
Which Trec shaker colours do you sell?
The plain 700 ml Trec shaker comes in black, red, blue and yellow. We also stock Boogieman shakers (classic, black and red) and the orange Endurance shaker, all 700 ml.

All orders are sent with 24h tracked delivery.
Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
