Your questions, answered
How much does the Trec shaker hold?
700ml, so a typical 300–400ml protein or gainer shake still leaves space at the top for the powder to move, which is what breaks up lumps. Pour the liquid in first and add the scoop second.
Will it leak in my gym bag?
Not if it's closed properly: the black lid screws onto the yellow bottle and the drinking spout has its own cap. Check the lid sits straight and the spout cap is shut before you shake or pack the Trec shaker.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
No. Our listing says to hand wash it; it isn't dishwasher or microwave safe. Rinse it straight after use, then wash in warm soapy water and leave the lid and bottle apart to dry so it doesn't hold on to protein smells.
Can I use it for hot drinks?
Stick to cold or room-temperature drinks. Shaking a hot liquid in a sealed bottle builds pressure that can force the lid off, and the bottle isn't made for heat.
What can I mix in it?
Any powder you drink cold: whey, mass gainer, creatine, pre-workout, BCAAs or electrolytes. Thick gainer shakes mix best with plenty of liquid and 20–30 seconds of hard shaking.

Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:45pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day after a bank holiday), regardless of delivery service selected.
