A proper shaker is half the battle. This 700ml Trec bottle is built for powders - add your liquid first, then the scoop, and shake hard for 20-30 seconds. Rinse it before first use and straight after each shake so it stays fresh.
Is 700ml big enough for a mass-gainer serving?
Yes - a 70g gainer serving in 200-300ml of water or milk fits with plenty of room to shake. It also covers whey, electrolytes, BCAA and pre-workout mixes, so one bottle handles the whole routine.
Can it go in the dishwasher?
Best not - hand wash it in warm soapy water. It isn't dishwasher or microwave safe, and hand washing keeps the seal and measurements in good shape for longer. The yellow colour also stays smarter that way.
Which colours do you stock?
The same 700ml Trec shaker comes in black, red, blue and yellow - it's purely a style choice, the bottle, lid and capacity are identical across all four.

All orders are sent with 24h tracked delivery.
Same-day dispatch
Order before 3:30pm Monday–Friday for same-day dispatch. Order before 12pm Saturday for Saturday dispatch.
Weekend orders
Orders placed after 12:30pm Saturday or anytime on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, regardless of delivery service selected.
