What's in a daily portion of Clenburexin?
Four capsules provide 220mg caffeine, 540mg green tea extract (297mg EGCG), 500mg L-tyrosine, 200mg yerba mate, 180mg green coffee extract, 120mg ginger, 100mg cayenne pepper and 12mg black pepper extract. They also give 200mg pantothenic acid, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
How do I take it?
The label splits the daily portion into two servings of 2 capsules, so no more than 4 capsules a day. Each 2-capsule serving has 110mg caffeine, so take Clenburexin earlier in the day rather than close to bed.
How much caffeine is that compared with coffee?
220mg a day is roughly two mugs of instant coffee at about 100mg each. Count it alongside coffee, tea, energy drinks and pre-workouts, and don't add another stimulant product on the same day.
How long do the 90 and 180 tubs last?
At 4 capsules a day, a 90-capsule tub of Clenburexin lasts 22 days and a 180-capsule tub 45 days. If you start on a single 2-capsule serving to test your tolerance, a tub lasts twice as long.
Who should avoid Clenburexin?
It isn't suitable for children or under-18s, or if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, because of its caffeine and green tea catechins. If you're sensitive to caffeine, have a heart or blood-pressure condition or take medication, ask your GP or pharmacist first.
