What's in each capsule?
300mg Garcinia cambogia (Malabar tamarind) fruit extract standardised to 60% HCA, giving 180mg hydroxycitric acid, plus 300mg white bean extract (Phaseolus vulgaris, 4:1) and 200µg chromium as chromium picolinate, 500% of the NRV.
How do I take Appetite Control?
One capsule of Appetite Control a day with 200ml of water. That single capsule is the full daily portion, so the 90-capsule tub lasts 90 days.
How long can I use it for?
No more than 3 months in a row, the label says, which is exactly one tub of Trec Appetite Control. Finish the tub, then stop rather than going straight on to the next.
What will it actually do?
The authorised benefits come from the chromium: it contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Garcinia and white bean extract have no authorised health claims in the UK, so we can't promise appetite or weight results.
Can I take it with antidepressants?
No, the label says it shouldn't be taken with antidepressants. It's also not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or under-18s, and if you take any other regular medicine, check with a pharmacist first.
Does it contain caffeine or other stimulants?
No. The capsule holds the two plant extracts, chromium and an anti-caking agent in a plant-based hypromellose shell, so you can take it at any time of day. It may contain traces of milk, soya, gluten, fish and peanuts.
