Three capsules give 1,530mg of glucosamine sulphate 2KCl, of which 900mg is D-glucosamine itself. That's the full daily portion on the label.
How do I take Trec Glucosamine?
One capsule three times a day with 300ml of water, preferably straight after a meal. The 90 capsules last 30 days.
What does 'sulphate 2KCl' mean?
It's glucosamine sulphate stabilised with potassium chloride, a common and stable salt form. It makes up 76% of each capsule's contents.
Is it safe with a shellfish allergy?
Check before you buy. The label doesn't say where the glucosamine comes from, and glucosamine is often made from crustacean shells; the allergen line only covers milk, soya, gluten, fish and peanuts from the factory. Ask Trec or a pharmacist if you're allergic.
What will it do for my joints?
