What's in BlackBombs?
The label on our listing shows L-choline bitartrate, chilli (Capsicum annuum), green tea extract (20:1, 95% polyphenols), L-phenylalanine, caffeine, ProGBB (gamma-butyrobetaine ethyl ester), black pepper extract and chromium in a black-coated tablet. The per-tablet amounts aren't legible on our photo, so check the panel on the tub.
How do I take the tablets?
The label starts you on 2 tablets with a 250ml glass of water, preferably in the morning, and any second 2-tablet serving has to be taken well before bedtime. Read the tub for the exact cut-off and never take more than it allows.
How long does a tub of BlackBombs last?
60 tablets is 30 days at 2 a day, or 15 days if you add the second 2-tablet serving.
Will it make me lose weight?
No tablet does that by itself, and we can't make weight-loss claims for BlackBombs. Its chromium and choline are nutrients whose authorised claims cover normal blood glucose levels and normal lipid metabolism, not fat loss.
How much caffeine is in it?
Caffeine and green tea extract are both on the label, but our photo doesn't show the amount, so treat BlackBombs as a stimulant. Skip coffee and pre-workout until you know how you react, and don't take it late in the day.
Who shouldn't take BlackBombs?
The label says it isn't for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women, and isn't recommended if you take medication. It contains L-phenylalanine, so it's unsuitable for anyone with phenylketonuria, and see your GP first if you have a heart, blood-pressure, anxiety or thyroid condition.
