What's in a scoop of Testoboost?
Each 9g scoop has 211mg of tribulus terrestris extract, 100mg of maca root and 100mg of beta-alanine, plus zinc, vitamin B6, niacin and caffeine. The label also lists D-aspartic acid, Siberian ginseng, wild yam, alfalfa and citrus bioflavonoids in a fructose, dextrose and maltodextrin base.
Will Testoboost raise my testosterone?
The authorised part is the zinc, which contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and the vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Tribulus, maca and D-aspartic acid have no authorised claims, so we don't promise anything beyond that.
How do I take it?
One 9g scoop of Testoboost shaken into 250ml of water, once a day. The 270g tub holds 30 scoops, so it lasts a month.
Does it contain caffeine and sugar?
Yes to both: caffeine anhydrous is on the ingredient list, and the carb base gives roughly 4.7g of sugar and 24kcal per scoop. Count it alongside your coffee and pre-workout, and don't take it late in the evening.
What does the niacin add?
Niacin and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism, which is the 'reduces tiredness & fatigue' line on the Testoboost tub.
Who shouldn't use it?
It's an adult product and not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Because it combines caffeine with several herbal extracts, check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take medication or have a heart, blood-pressure or hormone-related condition.
