How do I take Shred X?
Three capsules in the morning with food. That's one serving, so the 90-capsule tub lasts 30 days; don't take it on an empty stomach or late in the day.
How much caffeine is in Shred X?
200 mg per three-capsule serving, roughly two mugs of instant coffee. Count it alongside coffee, tea, energy drinks and pre-workouts, and skip those on days you take it.
What's in each serving?
400 mg green tea extract (180 mg EGCG), 200 mg each of cayenne pepper and olive leaf extracts, 150 mg L-tyrosine, 150 mg L-theanine, 50 mg theacrine, 25 mg acetyl L-carnitine and 75 mg choline. It also has niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and 14.4 mcg chromium.
Will Shred X burn fat?
No supplement can promise that, and caffeine, green tea and theacrine have no authorised health claims. The claims the formula supports: niacin and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
Who shouldn't take it?
Shred X isn't for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Because of the green tea extract, don't take other green tea products the same day or more than 800 mg EGCG a day (one serving has 180 mg), and check with your GP or pharmacist first if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Is it vegan and halal?
Yes — the tub carries vegan and certified halal badges, the capsule is plant-based hypromellose and no common allergens are included. The capsule shell is coloured with Brilliant Blue FCF.

Shred X is one three-capsule serving with 200 mg caffeine, 30 servings a tub. Universal Nutrition Animal Cuts, which we also stock, comes as 42 daily packs of several pills, for people who prefer the all-in-one pack format.
