How should I take the three capsules?
Jarrow's directions are three capsules a day, split: two earlier in the day and one in the evening, with or without food. That makes the 90-capsule bottle a 30-day supply.
Why is the magnesium figure so much lower than 2g?
Most of the weight of magnesium L-threonate is the threonate part of the compound, so 2g of Magtein contains 144mg of magnesium itself. Compare products on elemental magnesium, not compound weight.
What does magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. MagMind supplies it as Magtein, the patented L-threonate form.
Is MagMind vegan and allergen-free?
