Heart Health brings together omega-3 fish oils, potassium, CoQ10, vitamin K2 and magnesium, plus Snap's beetroot powders, gummies and soft chews. It is a navigation collection: products sit here because of nutrients with authorised heart-related claims, or because shoppers look for them together. Two sub-collections cover omega-3s and circulation-focused products.
Omega & Cholesterol Support groups fish oils and omega blends from Ultra Lyte, NOW Foods, OstroVit, Essensey, Trec and California Gold Nutrition. Nitric Oxide & Circulation holds Snap's beetroot range, L-arginine and horse chestnut. Beetroot powders are concentrated foods rich in dietary nitrate; they carry no authorised heart claim, so we describe them by their format and flavour.
To save on combinations, see heart and circulation bundles, or browse all omegas and fatty acids.
Coenzyme Q10 is available as Trec Nutrition 90-capsule pots and Trace Minerals Liquid CoQ10; it has no authorised health claim. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Solaray Triple Strength K-2 provides 150 mcg menaquinone-7, and Ultra Lyte and OstroVit combine K2 with vitamin D3. If you take warfarin or another blood thinner, speak to your GP before taking vitamin K.
Supplements are not a substitute for medical care. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, follow your GP's advice.
The authorised claim applies at 250 mg of EPA and DHA combined per day. Check the EPA and DHA figure per serving, not the total fish oil weight; Ultra Lyte's 2000 mg of fish oil provides 1200 mg EPA and DHA.
Not necessarily. Omega 3-6-9 blends add omega-6 and omega-9, which most diets already supply, and the heart claim depends only on the EPA and DHA content.
Speak to your GP or pharmacist first. Vitamin K can affect how warfarin works, and fish oils and some botanicals are also worth checking.
Snap's beetroot powders are concentrated foods made from organic beetroot, naturally rich in dietary nitrate. They carry no authorised heart claim; mix them into water as the label directs.
Choose the format you will take every day. Softgels usually give the most EPA and DHA per serving, while gummies and soft chews, such as Snap's beetroot range, suit people who dislike swallowing capsules.
