What's in one Reds Pak sachet?
Each 6.5 g packet has a 1,950 mg fruit and vegetable blend (including cranberry, black raspberry, strawberry, plum, kiwi, watermelon, purple cabbage and beetroot) and a 1,365 mg fibre and live-culture blend. It also has a 459 mg superfruit blend with ConcenTrace, a 208 mg botanical blend and a 189 mg enzyme complex, giving 45 mg vitamin C, 25 kcal and 2 g sugars, none added.
How do I take Reds Pak?
Empty one packet into 6–8 oz (about 180–240 ml) of water, juice or a smoothie and stir hard; a little caking in the sachet is normal and doesn't affect the product. At one packet a day, a box lasts 30 days.
Is Reds Pak gluten-free?
No. The Trace Minerals label states that Reds Pak contains gluten, so it isn't suitable if you have coeliac disease or avoid gluten.
What does it contribute nutritionally?
The 45 mg of vitamin C (56% of the UK reference intake) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The fruit, vegetable and botanical blends have no authorised claims, so we list them rather than promise effects.
Should I check anything before taking it?
Yes, if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, check with your GP or pharmacist first. The blends include green tea extract, milk thistle, turmeric, resveratrol and red wine extract polyphenols.
Reds Pak or Greens Pak?
Reds Pak is built on red and purple fruit and vegetables. Trace Minerals Greens Pak - Berry 30 Packets, which we also stock, is the green-produce version in the same daily sachet format, and some people alternate between the two.
