What's in a Greens Pak packet?
Each 7.5g packet blends around 50 superfoods, including organic barley grass juice powder and spirulina, with ConcenTrace trace minerals and a dairy-free probiotic and enzyme blend. The chocolate taste comes from natural vanilla, cherry and chocolate flavours, sweetened with stevia.
How do I mix Greens Pak?
Pour one packet into a small glass of water, juice or a smoothie (the label says 4–6oz, about 120–180ml) and stir well. A shaker or blender gives the smoothest drink, and a little clumping in the packet is normal.
How long does a box last?
30 days at one packet a day. Each sachet is sealed, so Greens Pak Chocolate is easy to keep in a bag or desk drawer.
Does it contain gluten or soy?
Yes, according to US copies of the label, which say it contains soy and gluten, so it isn't suitable for coeliacs. It is free from dairy, artificial colours and preservatives, and it's labelled vegan.
Can Greens Pak replace my vegetables?
No — it's a food supplement that adds a spread of plant powders, not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Treat it as an extra on busy days rather than your five a day.
