How to use
Mix 1 packet daily with 2–3 oz. of water and dilute to your taste preference. Extra packets can be used as needed based on physical activity. Note: Caking may occur but does not affect product quality.

Your questions, answered
What does the + Immunity version add?
Compared with the standard Power Pak, each Lemon Berry + Immunity stick has twice the zinc (10mg) and vitamin D3 (50mcg) and adds 200mg of black elderberry extract, with the same 1,200mg of vitamin C. Vitamin C, zinc and vitamin D all contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
What else is in each stick?
100mg magnesium, 200mg potassium, 75mg sodium, 60mg calcium, B vitamins (including 10mg B6, 25mcg B12 and methylfolate), selenium, manganese, chromium and 100mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals. A 6.2g stick has 5 calories and 1g of sugar.
How do I mix it?
Empty one stick into 2–3oz (60–90ml) of water, stir, then top up with more water to taste. The powder can cake inside the stick; the label says that doesn't affect quality.
Can I have two sticks on a heavy training day?
Think before you do. One Power Pak + Immunity stick already gives 50mcg of vitamin D3 and 10mg of vitamin B6, so a second takes you to the 100mcg UK adult upper limit for vitamin D and past the NHS's 10mg daily maximum for B6 from supplements; count any other supplements too.
How is it sweetened, and is it vegan?
With organic cane sugar plus the stevia sweeteners Reb A and Reb M, and it's coloured with Exberry grape concentrate. The box is labelled certified vegan and gluten-free, with no known allergens.
Lemon Berry + Immunity or Orange Blast?
Power Pak Orange Blast, which we also stock, is the standard formula: the same 1,200mg vitamin C, but 5mg zinc, 25mcg vitamin D3 and no elderberry. Choose Lemon Berry + Immunity if you want the extra zinc, vitamin D and elderberry in one stick.
