Your questions, answered
What's in each stick?
Each 6.1g Concord Grape stick has 1200mg vitamin C, 100mg magnesium, 75mg sodium, 60mg calcium, 5mg zinc, 25mcg vitamin D3, B vitamins and 100mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals, for 5 calories and 1g of sugar.
How do I mix a Power Pak?
Empty one stick into 60–90ml (2–3 oz) of water, stir, then top up to taste; most people use a full glass so the grape flavour is lighter. One stick a day is the label's routine, and the box of 30 is a month.
Can I have more than one on heavy training days?
The US label allows extra sticks on active days, but each one has 10mg of vitamin B6, which is the most UK guidance suggests taking daily from supplements, plus 1200mg of vitamin C. We'd keep to one Power Pak a day and use an electrolyte-only product for extra sessions.
What do the vitamins and minerals do?
Vitamin C contributes to normal immune function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function. There's no caffeine in Power Pak.
Is it vegan and gluten-free?
Yes — the US listing shows the Concord Grape Power Pak as certified vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens. It's sweetened with a little organic cane sugar plus stevia-derived Reb A and Reb M.
How is Concord Grape different from the other Power Pak flavours?
We stock Power Pak in several flavours, including Cranberry, Raspberry, Watermelon and Cherry Lime, plus a sugar-free Keto Citrus version. The idea is the same daily vitamin and electrolyte mix, but check each box, as amounts can differ between flavours and label versions.
