How to use
Take 1 packet daily. Mix contents with 2–3 oz. of water and dilute to taste. Take additional packets as needed based on physical activity or daily needs.

What's in a Lemon Lime Power Pak?
Each 6.1 g stick gives 1,200 mg vitamin C, 25 mcg vitamin D3, 10 mg vitamin B6, 25 mcg B12, 100 mg magnesium, 200 mg potassium, 75 mg sodium, 60 mg calcium, 5 mg zinc and 35 mcg selenium. It also has 100 mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals, 19 vitamins and minerals in total.
How much sugar does it contain?
1 g of organic cane sugar per stick, for 5 calories, with the stevia sweeteners Reb A and Reb M doing most of the sweetening. If you want none, the Zero Sugar versions, such as Trace Minerals Sugar Free Electrolyte Stamina Power Pak - Orange Mango, use xylitol instead.
How do I make it up?
Tip one stick into 2–3 oz (60–90 ml) of water, stir, then top up to taste; a fuller glass makes it less tart. Trace's serving is one a day.
Can I have more than one a day?
The label allows extra packets on days of heavy activity, but each stick already contains 10 mg of vitamin B6 and 1,200 mg of vitamin C, so add up any other supplements you take. The NHS suggests no more than 10 mg of B6 a day from supplements unless a doctor advises it.
What do the vitamins and minerals do?
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. One Power Pak stick gives 27% of the magnesium reference intake.
Is it vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. The box carries Certified Vegan and Gluten Free marks and says no known allergens, and there's no caffeine in the formula.
