What's in one packet?
Each 7.5g packet blends greens (barley grass juice, spirulina, chlorella), organic vegetables, fibre (oat bran, apple pectin, sprouted barley malt, flax), fruit and antioxidant extracts, soy lecithin, digestive enzymes and four live cultures. It has 35 calories, 1g fibre, 25mg vitamin C and 127mcg vitamin A as beta-carotene.
Does Greens Pak contain gluten or soy?
Yes, both — the label says 'contains soy and gluten' (soy lecithin, plus oat bran and barley malt), so it isn't suitable for coeliacs or anyone with a soy allergy. It is dairy-free and certified vegan.
How do I take it?
Empty one packet into 4–6oz (about 120–180ml) of water and stir, or add it to juice or a smoothie. One packet of Greens Pak a day, so the box of 30 lasts a month; a little caking in the packet is normal.
What will Greens Pak do for me?
Each packet has 25mg vitamin C (31% NRV), and vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The greens, fruit extracts and enzymes have no authorised claims, so treat it as an addition to vegetables, not a replacement.
Is it sweetened?
Lightly, with stevia (steviol glycosides); there's no added sugar and just 1g total sugars per packet, and the berry taste comes from natural flavours.
