Three capsules give 750mg borage oil (150mg GLA), 247.5mg linseed oil (123.75mg ALA), 225mg fish oil (40.5mg EPA and 27mg DHA), 54mg CLA and 10mg vitamin E.
How long does the tub last?

Where do the omega-3, 6 and 9 come from?
Omega-3 comes from the fish oil (EPA and DHA) and linseed oil (ALA), omega-6 mainly from borage oil, which is rich in GLA, and omega-9 from the oleic acid naturally present in these oils.
Is there enough EPA and DHA for the heart claim?
No — the authorised heart claim needs 250mg of EPA and DHA a day, and Trec Omega-3-6-9 gives 67.5mg. If that's your goal, Trec Nutrition Super Omega-3 is the more concentrated fish-oil option.
What does the vitamin E do?
