100 mg of coenzyme Q10 in each 5 ml teaspoon, plus 100 mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals. The 118 ml bottle holds 24 servings, so it lasts 24 days at one teaspoon a day.
How should I take it?
Shake vigorously, then take 1 teaspoon a day split across meals. You can take it straight, hold it under the tongue, or mix it into juice.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
Yes — refrigerate it after opening. An unopened bottle can be kept in the cupboard.
What does it taste like?
Fruity: it's flavoured with natural vanilla, orange and pineapple and sweetened with stevia (steviol glycosides) in a glycerin base. Each teaspoon has 10 calories and 1 g of fat.
What does CoQ10 do?
CoQ10 is a compound the body makes itself and that's also found in meat, oily fish and nuts. It has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we don't promise specific results; this liquid simply gives you 100 mg in a spoon instead of a large softgel.
