How to use
Ages 4–12: Chew 1 gummy daily with or without food. Ages 13 and older: Chew 1 gummy up to 4 times daily. For best results, spread doses throughout the day. If too much magnesium is taken at once, a laxative effect may occur—simply reduce the serving size.
