How to use

How much apple cider vinegar is in each gummy?
Each Trace gummy has 500 mg organic apple cider vinegar with "the mother", so the label maximum of 3 gummies a day gives 1,500 mg. One gummy has 5 kcal and 3 g of sugar alcohols.
How many should I take?
Chew 1 gummy up to 3 times a day, on its own or with meals, and drink plenty of fluids; if you're new to apple cider vinegar, start with 1 a day. The 60 gummies last 20 days at 3 a day or 60 days at 1 a day.
What will the gummies do for me?
Apple cider vinegar has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we don't promise metabolism or digestion effects. What these give you is a measured 500 mg of ACV without drinking sour vinegar.
Are Trace ACV gummies sugar-free and vegan?
There's no sugar: they're sweetened with maltitol and isomalt, set with pectin instead of gelatine and coloured with black carrot. They're free from wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy and yeast; sugar alcohols can have a laxative effect in large amounts, another reason to build up from one a day.
Can I take them if I'm pregnant or on medication?
