How to use
Shake well. Take 1 tbsp daily. If new to magnesium, start with ½ tbsp. Mix with water or juice or take directly. Refrigerate after opening. May cause laxative effect in high amounts.

How much magnesium is in a serving?
300mg per tablespoon (15ml), from magnesium citrate and Trace's ionic trace minerals, which is 80% of the UK reference intake. The 473ml bottle holds 32 servings, about a month at one tablespoon a day.
How should I start taking it?
If you're new to magnesium, take half a tablespoon a day at first, then move up to the full tablespoon. Shake the bottle well and take Liquid Magnesium straight or mixed into water or juice.
What does magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal muscle function and normal psychological function. A tablespoon of this liquid provides a significant amount for all four.
Does it need to go in the fridge?
Yes, once opened. That's different from Trace Minerals Ionic Magnesium drops, whose label says not to refrigerate them.
What's it sweetened with?
Xylitol and steviol glycosides, with natural tangerine flavour; a tablespoon has 15 calories and 3g of carbohydrate. Keep the bottle away from dogs, because xylitol is toxic to them.
Can it upset my stomach?
It can: the label warns that excess magnesium may have a laxative effect. If that happens, drop back to half a tablespoon or split the dose between morning and evening.
