How to use
Shake well. Take 1.2 mL (¼ tsp) daily with juice or food to mask the mineral flavor. Spread serving throughout the day and take on a full stomach. For sensitive stomachs, start with half a serving. Do not refrigerate.

How much iron is in a serving?
22mg of iron, as ferrous sulphate, in 1.2ml (24 drops, about ¼ teaspoon), which is 157% of the UK reference intake. The 56ml bottle of Ionic Iron gives about 46 servings.
How should I take it?
Shake the bottle and take 1.2ml a day in juice or food, spread through the day and on a full stomach. With a sensitive stomach, start on half a serving; keep the bottle at room temperature, not in the fridge.
What does iron contribute to?
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport, normal immune function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. A blood test with your GP is the way to find out whether you're actually low.
Does it taste metallic?
It has a mineral taste on its own, which is why the label suggests mixing it into juice or food. Orange juice is a good pick, as vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Is it safe to keep with children around?
Only well out of reach: the label warns that accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. If a child swallows any, contact a doctor or poison centre immediately.
Is it vegan?
Yes — the bottle carries Certified Vegan and Gluten Free marks and says no known allergens. Besides the iron and 300mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals, Ionic Iron contains only purified water, citric acid and potassium benzoate.
