How much boron is in each serving?
6 mg of boron per 1.25 ml (a quarter teaspoon, about 25 drops), from a boric-acid boron complex plus ConcenTrace trace minerals. Each serving also contains 25 mg magnesium and 65 mg chloride.
How do I take Ionic Boron?
Shake well and take 1.25 ml a day, spread through the day, stirred into a flavoured drink or food to mask the mineral taste. Store it at room temperature: the label says not to refrigerate it.
How long does the 59 ml bottle last?

What does boron do?
Boron has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we describe Ionic Boron rather than promise results. It's a trace mineral found naturally in fruit, vegetables, nuts and pulses, and these drops give you a measured amount.
Is 6 mg a day a safe amount?
For adults, 6 mg a day is below the 10 mg tolerable upper level EFSA set for boron. Don't add it to other products that also contain boron (Trace Minerals 40,000 Volts! has 950 mcg per teaspoon, for example), and keep it out of reach of children.
Is Ionic Boron vegan?
Yes — Trace Minerals labels it vegan and gluten-free with no known allergens. Besides the boron complex, the ingredients are purified water, citric acid and potassium benzoate as a preservative.
