1,000mcg (1mg) of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin in each 1ml serving, which is 20 drops or 0.2 tsp. Each serving also contains 3mg magnesium and 50mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals.
How do I take Liquid Ionic B12?
Shake well and take 1ml a day, either straight from the dropper or added to water or another drink. Store it at room temperature; the label says not to refrigerate.

What does vitamin B12 do?
