How to use

How much calcium is in each serving?
200mg of calcium, from calcium chloride, in each 1.25ml serving (1/4 teaspoon, about 25 drops). That is 25% of the 800mg UK reference intake.
How long does the 59ml bottle last?
Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Calcium lasts about 48 days at one 1.25ml serving a day, which works out to roughly 25 drops each morning or evening.
What does calcium do?
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and contributes to normal muscle function and normal neurotransmission. Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Calcium gives you that calcium as drops rather than a large tablet.
Is 200mg enough on its own?
It's a top-up, not a full day's calcium. The NHS says adults need 700mg a day, and most of that should come from food such as dairy, fortified plant drinks and tinned fish with bones.
What does it taste like?
Strongly mineral. The label says to take the 1.25ml with food or juice to soften the flavour, and to keep the bottle at room temperature rather than in the fridge.
What else is in it?
Each serving also has 250mg chloride, 4mg magnesium and 50mg ConcenTrace trace minerals, in purified water with non-GMO citric acid. The label lists no known allergens, and the bottle carries the vegan symbol.
