3mg of copper, from copper sulfate, in each 1.25ml serving (about 25 drops or ¼ teaspoon), which is 300% of the UK reference intake. A serving also contains 250mg of ConcenTrace trace minerals, providing 15mg of magnesium.
How do I take Liquid Ionic Copper?
Shake the bottle, then take 1.25ml once a day in juice or with food, which hides the concentrated mineral taste. Keep it at room temperature, because the label says not to refrigerate it.
What does copper do?
