How to use
1 - 4mL (1 - 4 full droppers) daily with juice or food to mask the highly concentrated mineral flavor. We recommend starting with 1mL and increasing as needed, ideally spread throughout the day. We also recommend taking Mega-Mag with a large glass of fluid.

How much magnesium is in Mega-Mag?
400 mg of magnesium per 4 ml serving (80 drops), which is about 107% of the UK reference intake. The 118 ml bottle holds about 30 full servings.
How should I start taking Mega-Mag?
Start low and build up: the label suggests 20 drops a day in week 1, 30 in week 2 and 40 in week 3, up to 4 ml (80 drops) a day. Spread the drops through the day, mixed into juice, food or a large glass of water.
Why does it taste so strong?
Mega-Mag is magnesium chloride from concentrated Great Salt Lake seawater, so it tastes intensely salty and bitter on its own. Mixing it into juice or a smoothie hides the taste much better than plain water.
What does the magnesium do?
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and normal functioning of the nervous system. Mega-Mag delivers it as a liquid you can dose drop by drop.
How low is the sodium?
Each 4 ml serving has 5 mg of sodium, which is why it is sold as Low Sodium Mega-Mag. A serving also provides 1,100 mg chloride, 70 mg sulphate, 5 mg potassium and 1.5 mg boron.
Any side effects?
The label warns that a high intake of magnesium may have a laxative effect; if that happens, reduce the amount per serving. Splitting the day's drops into two or three smaller doses also helps.
