How many capsules make a serving?
Four capsules make one serving, taken with 300ml of water, and the label allows up to three servings (12 capsules) a day. Each serving gives 2,560mg L-glutamine, 640mg taurine and 1.6mg vitamin B6.
How long does the 240-capsule tub last?
The tub holds 60 servings: that's 20 days at the full three servings a day, 30 days at two, or 60 days at one.
When should I take the three servings?
On training days the label suggests one serving after getting up, one straight after your workout and one at bedtime. On rest days, take one in the morning, one between meals and one at bedtime.
What does the vitamin B6 do?
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal protein and glycogen metabolism. A full day of T6 gives 4.8mg, 342% of the reference intake; glutamine and taurine have no authorised claims of their own.
T6 capsules or the glutamine powder?
Trec L-Glutamine Powder 450g, which we also stock, is plain glutamine to scoop into a shake. L-Glutamine Micronized T6 comes pre-measured in capsules and adds taurine and B6, which makes it easier to carry in a gym bag.
Any allergens or people who shouldn't take it?
The label says it may contain milk, soya, gluten, fish and peanuts from the factory. It isn't for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Is it part of a stack?
