One 5g scoop of Trec L-Glutamine Powder gives 5g of glutamine plus 0.7mg of vitamin B6, 50% of the reference intake. The powder is 99.99% L-glutamine, so the 450g jar holds about 90 scoops.
How often should I take it?
One 5g scoop a day is Trec's recommended portion, and the label says not to go over it. Most people take it after training, stirred into a shake or a glass of water.
Does Trec L-Glutamine Powder taste of anything?
Hardly — there's no flavouring or sweetener, just L-glutamine and vitamin B6. It disappears into a protein shake, juice or water without changing the taste.
What does glutamine do?
Glutamine itself has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we describe the dose rather than promise faster recovery. The added vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Who shouldn't take it?
