Each capsule has 500mg Korean ginseng root extract (Panax ginseng) standardised to 10% ginsenosides, which is 50mg of ginsenosides. The '635mg' on the tub is the weight of the whole capsule.
How do I take Trec Korean Ginseng?
One capsule of Trec Korean Ginseng a day with about 300ml of water, preferably before breakfast. That's also the maximum daily amount, so don't double up on busy days.
How long will 90 capsules last?
A tub of Trec Korean Ginseng lasts three months at one capsule a day. Trec recommends using the tub within 3 months of opening and keeping it closed, dry and away from light.
Does Korean ginseng have proven benefits?
Panax ginseng has no authorised health claims in the UK, so we don't promise effects. Trec sells it in its Vitality line as a standardised plant extract with a long history of use in East Asia.
Can I take it with coffee, a pre-workout or medication?
Try one new thing at a time and see how you feel, especially alongside high-caffeine pre-workouts. Ginseng may interact with blood thinners and diabetes medicines, so speak to your pharmacist first if you take either.
Who shouldn't take it?
Trec's label says it isn't suitable for children or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep the tub out of reach of young children.
